Learn how to buy art at the Boca Raton Museum of Art

Ok folks, if you’re up for a drive the Boca Raton Museum of Art is at it again. I must say I am very impressed with the proactive approach taken by their Museum and the wide array of events (e.g. the minature golf course set up at the museum?) that the museum offers in order to draw the Boca Raton community (old and young alike) to the arts!

So without further adieu, here is another unique opportunity to learn how to buy art! The details:

4:00 PM: Welcome and Networking
4:15 PM panel discussion: Join Museum Director Steven Maklansky, Curator Marisa Pascucci and private collector Martin Mallinger and walk away with a toolkit of enduring strategies identifying where to look when starting or growing your art collection.
5:00 PM tour: Director Steven Maklansky will lead a tour of the permanent collection, featuring private collections contained in the Museum’s galleries.
5:30 PM social event: Hot Days/Cool Nights. Unwind to the melody of steel drums while enjoying a collection of vintage surfboards, beach- and summer-inspired art, ice-cold signature cocktails, and mouthwatering BBQ at this month’s Meet Me at the Museum.
8:00 PM: Galleries and Museum Store close.
